No orders of less than £10.00 will be accepted.

Zama discounts are available for Polyform Users . Codes will be requested by the shop and confirmed on the final invoice.

If you have not got a code, please place an order and tell us your status in the comments box and we will provide you with a discount code. Card details may be supplied through the secure system or if you prefer, over the phone.  We do not use web based payment systems and your payment details are destroyed on completion of the transaction. If requested in the comments box, the final total will be emailed for your conformation before the charge is made and goods are despatched.

10% discounts are available to any complete pack orders, and will be applyed before payment is taken.

Electrical goods do not qualify for any discount.

Depending on order quantity and address, postage will be calculated at checkout.

Insurance options are to be found at check-out.  If not requested goods will be despatched at the buyers risk.

VAT.  We are VAT registered so charge VAT on orders to the UK over £18.00.  This speeds up delivery and saves the Royal Mail collection charge.

Orders received before 10.00am are almost certain to catch the post.   Goods have to be in the post by midday to leave Jersey that evening.

Claims for damage or other matters have to be made within 3 weeks of despatch.

The system is secure.  The card details are split and half come with the order, the remainder on a separate Email.  We do not retain the card details.

When you make the first order, make a note of your discount code.  This will save time with subsequent orders.
