• Start with clean hands and work area. Good working surfaces
include a glass or metal surface, disposable foil, or wax paper.
• Work light colors before dark colors to avoid staining clay.
• Condition clay by kneading it until it’s soft and smooth.
• When connecting two pieces of clay together, press firmly to
ensure that they stick together after baking.
• Bake on an oven-proof glass or metal surface at 130° C
(275° F for U.S. Consumers) for 30 minutes per 6mm (¼") of
thickness. DO NOT USE MICROWAVE OVEN. DO NOT exceed
the recommended temperature or baking time.
• Children using clay should be supervised at all times. All
baking should be done by an adult.
• Premo Sculpey should be used for decorative purposes only
and not with food, beverage or smoking materials.
